Erin is a freelance writer, editor, consultant, and copywriter based outside of Philadelphia, PA. Currently, she is the Beauty Director at Girls’ Life Magazine and works as a consultant and copywriter for brands like Goldfaden MD, Mini Bloom, and Milk Makeup. Erin is also an adjunct professor at Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications where she teaches undergraduate and graduate students about beauty media and content creation.
A graduate of Newhouse School at Syracuse University with a degree in Magazine Journalism and a concentration in Fashion and Beauty Communications, Erin has worked on staff as a beauty editor at SHAPE; ELLE; Cosmopolitan; Seventeen; Women’s Health; O, The Oprah Magazine; and Glamour as both a print and digital editor. She has also written for Health Central, Woman’s Day, Prevention, Byrdie, xoVain, and Bustle.
